Who does WGC actually work with?

We work exclusively with established UK window and glazing businesses. Typically, our partners are doing between £3M and £6M in annual turnover, have an established sales team, and have at least one physical showroom. We are not a fit for startups or small solo installers.

Do you work with other trades (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)?

No. We believe specialisation is the only way to deliver elite results. We understand window buying cycles, seasonality, and quoting pressures. If you don't sell windows and doors, we aren't the right partner for you.

What is included in the 'Growth System'?

It's an end-to-end integration: territory-protected lead generation, automated quoting frameworks, structured follow-up discipline, content authority assets, and a central CRM 'engine' to track every penny of ROI.

Is this 'Done-For-You' or do we have to do the work?

It's a partnership. We build and install the technology and the frameworks (Done-For-You), but your team must execute the sales process (follow-up discipline). We provide the car; your team provides the driver.

What if we already have plenty of leads?

Then you likely have a conversion or a systems problem. We specialise in fixing 'leaky' pipelines—ensuring that the leads you already have are quoted faster and followed up more aggressively.

What if we actually DO need more leads?

We handle that too. Our lead generation layer is built for quality and exclusivity. We don't sell shared leads; we build a machine that brings homeowners directly to your brand.

How much is the investment?

Investment varies based on your region and the current scale of your business. We discuss commercial terms only after we've verified that our system can deliver a significant ROI for your specific situation.

Do you lock us into long-term contracts?

No. We start with an implementation phase followed by a month-to-month partnership. If the system doesn't work, we don't want you to pay for it. We keep our partners through results, not legalities.

How long before we see results?

Implementation usually takes 30-45 days. Most partners see a measurable difference in lead quality and quoting speed within the first 60 days. Scaling the system to full capacity typically takes 3-6 months.

What happens in month one?

Month one is about 'plugging the leaks'. We audit your current process, install the CRM infrastructure, and launch the first layer of lead generation and follow-up automation.

Can I speak to some of your existing partners?

We protect our clients' time, but for qualified prospects who have had a discovery call and are moving toward a partnership, we can certainly arrange a reference call with one of our long-standing window business MDs.

How are you different from a marketing agency?

Agencies sell clicks and impressions. We engineer revenue. Agencies rarely look at your quoting speed or your sales team's follow-up habits. We look at the entire system from first click to final install.

How are you different from 'We Scale Trades' or other generalists?

They work with every trade from plumbers to landscapers. We work with one. We know why a conservatory lead is different from a replacement window lead. We know what 'the diary' means to you. We speak your language.

What happens after I apply?

We review your application. If you're a fit for the ICP, we'll invite you to a 30-minute discovery call. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you straight away and try to point you in the right direction.

Is my region available?
